I snapped this (out-of-focus, sorry) photo of my 8-year-old son at practice for a BMX state qualifier race today. All the 20-30 times he hit this jump looked impressive in person, but did NOT look this high or scary. Probably because he was going so fast. 

If I actually realized my son was jumping this high on his bike it would totally freak me out.

So, um yeah. Freaked out.
